The much anticipated Ichicoro Ane is now open in St. Petersburg, Florida! I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the newest Japanese restaurant and am very excited about this new addition to the Tampa Bay area as it is like none other.

Japanese Kitchen Dosunco Has the Best Ramen in Florida

I have been wanting to write this post for awhile because it’s my favorite ramen shop in the Tampa Bay area. Actually, Japanese Kitchen Dosunco is probably my favorite ramen shop ever; even compared to some ramen restaurants in Japan. It took me awhile to write about it because every time I go, I eat the ramen right away and I don’t have anything to take pictures of. Finally, after numerous trips, I have calmed myself down and took the time to really take in the food, restaurant and the ambience.

Manzanar National Historic Site: WWII Japanese-American War Relocation Center

We wanted to visit Manzanar National Historic Site because it really hits home for us. It's not a site in the United States that is very well known. We actually found out about it recently through a friend. We knew the history behind it but didn't know that the campsite was preserved.
