My first experience dining at True Food Kitchen was in San Diego, California. I posted some photos on my Instagram stories and left wanting to return especially for their amazing drink menu. Crystal saw my Instagram posts and commented on how she loved the decor. Fast forward two years later, and when Crystal was in town, we made a visit to the TFK in Pasadena.

We are pretty new to the vegan dining scene (since we aren’t vegan) and after our experience at Gracias Madre, we wanted to dine at one of their sister restaurants called Gratitude Kitchen & Bar. They offer organic plant-based cuisine and are located right in the heart of Beverly Hills.

Sweet Soul is the perfect place for you to indulge in sweet treats without feeling guilty. They serve all vegan, paleo and plant-based items that all benefit the body in some way. Two of my favorite ingredients lately are matcha, a.k.a. green tea, which is high in antioxidants, and charcoal, which helps with your skin complexion. Sweet Soul has a unique soft serve that mixes both of my favorites!
